What is RSS?
An XML format file containing news headings and a summary of a Web site.
In detail, it contains the title, URL, news headings, summary and the last update time of every page of a Web site.
When you register RSS-enabled news sites and other interesting sites in your RSS reader, it will automatically visit those registered sites and retrieve the information contained in each site's RSS data. This will enable you to efficiently keep track of all the latest information without individually accessing each Web site. RSS stands for Rich Site Summary. (It is also called an acronym for RDF Site Summary or Really Simple Syndication.)
