Streaming

I am experiencing frequent buffering and choppy playback. Why?

Choppy video and/or audio may be due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Your connection speed is too slow to play the video content.
We offer two video versions (300Kbps/1Mbps).
The version suitable for your system is chosen automatically, but the video may be played soomthly by selecting the 300Kbps version.
  • Your computer may lack memory and processing power to play the video.
Closing other applications may result in improved performance.
The video may be played soomthly by selecting the 300Kbps version.
  • A large number of users are accessing the same video content simultaneously.
Please try accessing the content again later. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • You are accessing via a proxy server or a virus check server (e.g. corporate network, etc.)
The playback of the stream may become intermittent. We apologize for the inconvenience.
